A new study has revealed that men need to cum at least 21 times a month. We always knew it, but now Harvard University agrees.
Frame this study and show it to every women you know, because sex is essentially medicine if I read this right. It’s the prostate cancer vaccine we’ve all been waiting for and we had it all along.
Harvard University researchers studied more than 32,000 men and found a clear and inverse relationship between the number of ejaculations the men enjoyed and the incidence of Prostate Cancer.
Simply put, the more you cum the less likely you are to develop the silent killer. Men who ejaculate frequently were 20% less likely to develop prostate cancer.
This isn’t the first study that recommends more sex
This backed up the findings from an earlier Australian study that insisted men needed to ejaculate seven times a week to maintain full prostate health.
“We found that men reporting higher compared to lower ejaculatory frequency in adulthood were less likely to be subsequently diagnosed with prostate cancer.
“This large prospective study provides the strongest evidence to date of a beneficial role of ejaculation in the prevention of prostate cancer,” Harvard University.
There is a cutoff point where more orgasms don’t seem to help and the researchers concluded the optimum number a month is 21.
Is NoFap Dangerous? Harvard Suggests Yes
Now we’re not sure how the NoFap community will take this, as some of them have been holding in their holy seed for more than a year.
America’s most expensive university has clearly stated that semen retention on an industrial scale is not good for your long-term health. So, is NoFap dangerous?
NoFap is not, inherently, bad. A lot of people need a reboot and internet porn has totally rewired some people’s nervous system up all wrong.
A break from porn and tugging it has helped people turn their life around on occasion and there are some amazing stories in the NoFap subreddit.
But, long term abstinence might not be the answer and an occasional ‘relapse’ might actually be the best approach to your semen retention regime.
Wives And Girlfriends Won’t Take This Well
As for how women are going to take this news…
I can literally hear married women and long-term girlfriends laughing off this report as wishful thinking.
In fact, unless you’re nailing a 21-year-old gymnast then you’re going to struggle to get 21 orgasms a month once you’re past the first few months of passion.
A Return To Jacking It In The Shower?
So, if you believe Harvard and want to keep the pipes clean and protect your prostate, then you might want to break the NoFap rules and bang one out in the shower.
Or you can leverage the full power of scientific research, demand your 21 a month and see where it gets you.
Then tell her you’re knocking one out in the shower, that’s why her towel is crispy and would she like to renegotiate?
